Gold X Reader: Just like you (sequel)

You opened your eyes, and turned around to give a morning kiss to Gold, only to find out that he wasn't here. That was weird. He always cuddles you and waits for you to wake up so you two would get up together. You then realized something. Today was the last day before you and Gold go back to your house. But that wasn't the reason why you felt really excited. Today was also the day that Gold is going to propose to you. You couldn't help but blush and spread a beautiful smile on your face. You got up and went to the bathroom to change yourself. You put on a pretty (favourite colour) summer dress before you rushed downstairs.

"Good morning sleeping beauty," your mother said with a giggle.

"It's not even 8 am yet." You frowned as you sat down to take your breakfast.

"Gold is still sleeping?" she asked with a smirk.

"Actually, he wasn't there when I woke up, which is odd," you said as you took a bite of your toast.

"Just like your father." Your mother sighed.

Two men suddenly walked in the kitchen.

"Speack of the devil." Sanya chuckled.

"Good morning sweethearts," your father said.

Gold then walked up to you and gave you the morning kiss. "Good morning beautiful." He smiled.

"Good morning to you too, handsome." You giggled.

He took a seat next to you.

"Where were you?" your mother asked.

Your father scratched the back of his head and replied nervously, "Bonding time."

"At 7 in the morning?" You raised an eyebrow.

During the stay, Gold and your father became really close. You were more than happy that your parents loved your boyfriend, and soon your future fiancé. You again started blushing at the thought of that.

"Actually, we were going to tell you later. But I guess it's okay if we tell you now," said Gold.

"What is it?" you asked curiously.

"Gold and I are taking you two ladies out tonight for dinner," your father said as he gave a kiss to your mom.

"Really?" You looked at your boyfriend and he nodded. "Where?" you asked.

"Only at the fanciest restaurant in Kalos." Your father smirked.

"The one we go for your wedding anniversary?" you asked, feeling excited.

"That's right." Your father winked.

"Thank you dad," you squealed.

He chuckled. "It was Gold's idea actually."

You looked at the younger man, and he nodded shyly. You giggled and tackled him in a tight hug. He was caught off guard but he immediately hugged you back.

"You're the best, Goldie! I love you!" you squealed as you gave him a peck on the cheek.

He tilted his head so your lips meet. Your mother started squealing but she was cut off by your father's lips on hers.

"I love you too," he said with his goofy smile after you broke the kiss.

Your parents shortly broke the kiss after you.

"Hey. I wanted to see them kissing." She pouted.

Your father just chuckled and smirked.

Your decided to let your parents choose what they want to do with you for the last day. You and Gold were cuddling each other on the couch in the living room. Your mother said she was looking for something.

"Look what I found," your mother cheered.

Your eyes widened when you saw what she was holding. It was a huge album with photoes of you before you moved to Johto.

"Mom! Please, no!" you screamed like if you were in a nightmare.

"Don't you want your boyfriend to know how you looked like when you were born?" Your father walked in and raised an eyebrow.

"Eww! I looked horrible!" You covered your face with your hands.

Gold chuckled. "I'm sure you looked cute." He nuzzled your (hair lentgh) (hair colour) hair.

"Actually, she did look horrible," your mother teased. "She was grey and she didn't have any hair."

"Mom!" You glared at her.

"People even thought that she was a boy. Remember?" He sat down and nudged your mother.

She giggled while Gold chuckled.

"Dad!" you growled.

"Good evening. We've made a reservation this morning," your father said as you all entered the fancy restaurant.

You looked around, like a little girl who just discovered a whole new world. The last time you had been here was more than six years ago. The decoration changed a lot, it's much more sophisticated. Gold held your hand tightly, and you can feel that he was nervous. You were nervous too, but you didn't want to ruin everything.

One of the waiters led to your table. Gold gave you a kiss before you all sat down. You were wearing a beautiful (favourite colour) sleeveless dress which showed your nice and smooth legs, just like Gold wanted it. He was wearing a black tuxedo with a white shirt and a golden tie. He put some hair gel so his hair would be less meesy than usual. He still didn't let go of your hand, but it didn't bother you.

"The decorations changed a lot, but not the food," you said as you looked at the menu.

"I think I'll take the usual," your mother said.

She was wearing the same type of dress but in a different colour while your father was also wearing a tuxedo but he used the same one as he wore at his wedding. Your parents looked at each other lovingly while you looked at Gold, but he was looking away. Of course, you weren't supposed to know why he was acting like that, but you did. You squeezed his hand softly, and he sounded more relaxed. He looked at you and smiled before he looked back at the menu.

The waiter came shortly after you all decided. "May I take your order?"

Your parents ordered the same dish, which you weren't surprised. Gold ordered some pasta carbonara while you ordered (favourite dish). The waiter nodded and took the orders.

"And what would you like to drink?" he asked.

"Nothing for now," your father said. "Just water would be fine."

Your mother's and your eyes widened. He would always drink wine, beer or champaign when he would go out. At least one glass. You thought that maybe he'll order after Gold would propose to you. Your parents talked about their wedding while waiting for the food. Your father actually proposed to your mother in this restaurant, at this specific table. You blushed and you tried not to say anything, afraid that you would ruin everything. You wanted this night to be perfect, just like Gold hoped it too. The food arrived before your father could finished one of his stories, but he continued while eating. After he finished, he wanted you to tell one of your adventures. Time flied so quickly, that you were now ordering dessert. You were going to ask Gold what he wanted, but when you turned around, he wasn't there.

"(y/n)," you heard someone call your name, and you turned around to see where it came from, only to see Gold kneeling down in front of you.

Many gasps were echoing in the whole restaurant. All the waiters stop serving and evryone stopped eating to witness this moment. He was holding a little navy blue velvet box, and inside was a golden ring with your birthstone on it. Your heart was beating faster than a Rapidash. Even though you knew this was going to happen, you still couldn't believe it. Gold stared at you with his mesmerizing golden eyes and started his little speech.

"I've fallen in love with you since the day we first met. When I saw your beautiful (gem like/chocolate) eyes, I couldn't lay my eyes off of you. Not only you're beautiful, but you're nice, funny, smart and strong. We've been dating for six years and living together for three."

His hands were shaking like a Joltik. You've never seen him so nervous in you entire life. He was always so confident.

"Will you marry me?"

You heard many gasps again. You both stared at each other. You were speechless. You didn't want to ruin anything. After five long minutes of silence, you jerked when you heard a deep loud voice.

"We don't have all night, you know! Say yes already!" your father yelled.

Your mother slapped and told him to shut up. You looked back at Gold, who was still waiting for his response. You tackled him in a huge hug and you squealed in his ear.

"Yes, yes, yes! A thousand times yes! I love you Gold!"

Tears of happiness streamed down from your cheeks and his.

"I love you too, (y/n). I love you so much!" He hugged you back.

Many cheers were now echoing in the restaurant. Many people clapped their hands and whistled. Your father was the loudest. You kissed him passionately, and he kissed you back with the same amount of passion. After you two broke the kiss, you got off of him and you helped him get up. He then slid the ring on your finger. Your mother started crying on your father's shoulders while he gave you two a thumb's up.

Your father then ordered some champaign to celebrate.

After eating dessert, your father drived you all back home. Along the way, he would pop his head out and shout out of the window "My daughter is getting married!" to every passerby.

You all though this was the best day of your life.
